Acceptable Use Policy
All services provided by Prohost may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission or storage of any information, data or material in
violation of any Canadian laws is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material
legally judged to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statue. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold
Prohost harmless from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other parties.
Free E-mail Accounts
We will not accept accounts from free e-mail providers as the primary contact for your account on the order form, these accounts include
hotmail.com, yahoo.com, mailandnews.com, etc.
Adult Sites
Prohost does offer hosting services to websites that are interested in hosting adult material, however you MUST notify the admin that you plan
to host such material on your website.
IRC and Chat Rooms
Internet Relay Chat (IRC) traffic is not permitted on our servers in any of it's many forms including, but not limited to: bots and IRC servers.
Web based chat rooms may be allowed on per use basis, so please ask one of our support staff before setting one up. This is not due to bandwidth,
some cgi/perl based chat rooms have a tendency to over utilize the server processor, which is unfair to other users who enjoy the speed of which
our servers operate.
Security Policy
Prohost is dedicated to offering the highest possible level of security to our customers. Thus we try to ensure that the server remains secure
and any attempts by external parties to compromise the server are stopped. If you however engage in activities that may compromise the server
such as but not limited to installation of "root kits", "password crackers", etc. your account will be immediately terminated.
E-mail Policy
SPAM in any shape or form is NOT permitted and is grounds for immediate account termination. Mailing lists via a mailing list manager are
acceptable as long as the list are OPT-IN list that people have signed up for. Spam complaints from other users will not be tolerated.
Payment Policy
Payments are due net 10 days from receipts of our electronic invoice. Accounts will be held (disabled) on the 11th day and deleted on the
20th day past due.
This agreement is not assignable or transferable without the express written consent of Prohost.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto. The terms and conditions of this agreement shall be interpreted and
enforced pursuant to the laws of province of Ontario and Canada.

Breach of Prohost's Acceptable Use policy or any part of this agreement is grounds for your account to be immediately
terminated without warning and possibility of a refund.
